Action Learning is a form of group coaching. Fundamentally it is a facilitated session enabling groups of people to come together to explore issues, challenges and opportunities in a safe, open and collaborative environment.
Groups can be comprised of people with similar backgrounds such as school leaders or industry executives. They can also be from the same organisation using coaching as an enabler for effective team development.
It is underpinned by a commitment to action following a process of having your challenges heard by others. This enables individuals to benefit from a range of perspectives and support whilst having their voice heard and acknowledged.
Groups can be organised in a variety of ways depending on the needs of the individual.
