12 hours of 1 : 1 coaching split into 6 sessions

I take a wholly person-centred approach thereby enabling you to bring both long-term, short-term and immediate goals. 

 

As a coach, I am your ally walking alongside you whilst using challenge, questioning, honesty and curiosity to support and open your thinking.
