Matt’s Background

My journey began in education, where I trained as a primary school teacher and progressed to headship. Following this, I transitioned into the charity sector, serving as the Deputy Director of Education for a children’s charity in Gujarat, India. My strong belief in the power of education to change lives has profoundly shaped my approach.

In 2019, I established my coaching practice and have since completed thousands of coaching hours in both 1:1 and group sessions. I work with leaders at various stages of their journey, with a core coaching philosophy rooted in authenticity, integrity, support, challenge, change, and allyship. I am passionate about what I do and deeply value the trust people place in me. The opportunity to spend time in a confidential, safe, and trusting space is invaluable.

Through my work with hundreds of leaders, I bring industry-level knowledge, experience and expertise, coupled with a person-centred approach to coaching. I offer bespoke services tailored to the needs of each organisation, including 1:1 coaching, group and team coaching and leadership team development. My approach is collaborative and continuously evaluated to ensure you get exactly what you need.

To me, coaching is not a deficit space. It is undoubtedly an opportunity to explore challenges however it is also about seizing opportunities, realising dreams and learning about yourself. My role is to help you see these possibilities and plan a route forward. As a coach, I believe in walking alongside you, adding alternative perspectives and challenge but ultimately being your champion.
