Why work with me?
Through the creation of coaching groups, I support leaders in sharing and exploring what’s going on for them with peers and colleagues. The formation of supportive and confidential groups enables leaders to create genuine networks and tackle feelings of isolation. Groups are rooted in action through learning, offers of support and non- judgement.
The Approach
Groups can be formed within organisations or mixed with others. Both enable deep thinking and connection with others. I facilitate through questioning, challenge and support whilst fostering an honest, open and collaborative space.
Discovery and Connection – Explore the purpose and impact of group coaching, make meaningful connections and identify goals as individuals and collectively.
Deep Thinking and Exploration – using different tools and techniques, individuals are encouraged to share their thoughts and challenges and be supported in identifying ways forward.
Action and Commitment – Individuals are supported in creating actions and group declarations create commitments to themselves and others. Actions are revisited and explored.
Reflection and Growth – The group reviews the process and progress, celebrates change and movement and agree future commitments to each other.
