I empower leaders and governors in their roles to secure growth and success. Through a coaching approach, I create new thinking and opportunities beyond arbitrary and binary outcomes.
Review and Evidencing – Reviews of previous paperwork and exploration of evidence against previous targets.
Discussion and Formulating – Through discussions with leaders and governors, we consider the previous targets and begin exploration of new ones.
Action and Commitment – Through group discussion, progress is reviewed and celebrated. Commitments to new targets are jointly agreed.
Reporting and Success – A written report is completed and shared with all participants. Clear steps for success are identified.
