Through co-creation, the leadership development days are designed with you and your organisation at the centre. We develop you and your team based on your specific needs creating connection, strategic thinking and collective identity.
Creation and Design – Working together we explore the needs of your organisation and identify areas of focus and support. The design process is bespoke and holds your organisation at the centre.
Discussion and Development – Through focused facilitation the team are encouraged to openly discuss their roles, challenges and opportunities with a focus on securing a galvanised identity and embedded leadership behaviours.
Action and Commitment – The team create actions, process and learn together. Participatory activities are used to enhance the experience enabling everyone to deepen their connections and align with strategic visions.
Reflection and Growth – The team reviews the process and progress, celebrates change and movement and agree future commitments to each other.
