Supervision takes place 1:1, in pairs or in small groups. Sponsors can agree key focuses throughout the work, for example, some supervision groups review active cases through a safeguarding lens. Others focus on the impact of individual cases or ongoing provision for particular pupils. Because our approach is client-led and because our supervisor is dual trained, they are able to work meaningfully with what each client brings to the session.
I empower my clients to address both long-term, short-term and immediate goals. As their coach, I am their ally, walking beside them and using challenge, insightful questioning, honesty and curiosity to transition their mindset and build belief in the change they wish to create.
